These digital presentations are the culmination of a design thinking approach and process provided by Ernst & Young Consulting in conjunction with ECO 320: Psychology & Economics. The task was to provide an informed solution to this Problem Statement: “Fraud is a reality for most consumers today. Today, you notify your bank or your bank notifies you that fraud may have occurred. Going forward, we fully expect fraud to increase at a rate that can’t be managed by today’s approaches. How do we involve customers to prevent fraud and realize greater security and trust between them and their financial institutions?”
