In this project, I will examine the spread of infectious diseases throughout school districts. In particular, I will look at diseases where vaccinations are present, yet certain populations elect to not vaccinate. Populations can withstand a small number of people who are un-vaccinated, as herd immunity will insulate any possible infections. In this project, I will look at how concentrated groups of un-vaccinated agents affect the herd immunity of a population as a whole.
